Difference Between R.A.S. and General Discussion

I want to clear this up well before it even becomes an issue.

R.A.S. is an unmoderated Forum. which means you can do whatever you want (thats legal) and not get in trouble. Its basically a spam forum.

General Discussion is for discussion that wont fit anywhere else. If your caught spamming there, you will be made an example of.
